Our Professional Services

Individual Tax Preparation
We offer professional individual tax return preparation for clients who want accuracy, compliance, and confidence
in their tax filings. Our base preparation fee of $400 generally applies to individuals with one W-2 and a limited
number of 1099 forms. Every return is prepared and electronically filed by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
and Enrolled Agent (EA), ensuring experienced oversight and adherence to current tax laws.

Our process begins with a complimentary meet-and-greet and situation analysis to understand each client’s
unique tax situation. Before preparing your return, we conduct a detailed client interview designed to identify
all applicable deductions and credits and to address potential tax planning opportunities.

With a strong focus on technical accuracy and attention to detail, we take the time to understand each client’s circumstances so we can provide informed guidance and reliable results. Our goal is to deliver high-quality
tax services while building long-term professional relationships based on trust and expertise.

Business & Trust Tax Preparation
Business tax return preparation starts at $950 and $650 for trusts and estates, reflecting the additional time
and expertise required compared to individual tax returns. We prepare returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and trusts, and guide you through the process every step of the way.

Business Tax Returns
To prepare your business return, we typically need your income statement and, in some cases, your balance
sheet for the year. Most businesses use a calendar year, which ends on December 31. Some C corporations may
use a fiscal year, meaning their tax year ends on a different date based on their business needs.

If your business has under $250,000 in gross receipts and assets, a balance sheet may not be required. That
said, we recommend keeping accurate balance sheets from the beginning to make future growth smoother
and avoid complications down the road. We love seeing our clients’ businesses grow and want to help set you
up for long-term success.

If your books need cleanup or you’re unsure about certain transactions, we’re happy to review your records,
correct problem areas, and make any necessary adjustments so your return is prepared accurately and with
confidence.

Trust Tax Returns
Trust tax returns are often similar to individual returns, but they use the trust’s Employer Identification
Number (EIN) instead of a Social Security number.

We’ll ask for copies of any tax documents related to the trust, such as:
-
1099-INT for interest income
-
1099-DIV for dividend income
-
1099-B for investment sales

Most trusts have beneficiaries. When applicable, we’ll need basic information for each beneficiary, including
their name, address, Social Security number, and details about any distributions made during the year. We
take care of allocating income properly so each beneficiary’s share is reported correctly.
